Best known for his roles in the "John Wick" film series, actor Lance Reddick passed away at 60.

According to his representative Mia Hansen, the actor passed away on Friday morning from natural causes.

On the Baltimore crime drama "The Wire," Reddick was perhaps most known for his portrayal of renowned police officer Cedric Daniels.

The actor played a lawyer-turned-lieutenant who directed the Baltimore Metropolitan Department's narcotics team in their pursuit of Avon Barksdale.

Reddick's acting career took off when he appeared in Season 4 of HBO's "Oz" as a hopeless undercover agent who was imprisoned and later became an addict.

He kept up his steady television work, making appearances on shows from well-known networks like "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "CSI: Miami," "Lost," and "Castle."
