Moana Hope, the well-known reality star, has taken to Instagram to officially introduce her new relationship, firmly declaring her happiness and well-being.
In a candid post, Moana expressed, “I have moved on, the other person has moved on. We are good, and everyone’s happy and healthy. Why can’t I have happiness?”
She went on to emphasize that she does not feel the need to adhere to any prescribed “book” or “time frame” dictated by societal norms, asserting her excitement for life and her contentment with the present moment.
Moana’s journey has seen some major shifts recently. Back in May, she openly shared the news of her separation from her wife of three and a half years, Isabella Carlstrom. In her announcement, she talked about the difficulties of balancing a public life with her commitment to her children and requested some privacy as she navigates this sensitive period in her life.
Rumors about Moana’s new relationship with Maria began buzzing around in July, sparked by their vacation to Phillip Island in Victoria. Although it wasn’t immediately obvious, eagle-eyed Instagram followers connected the dots as they posted photos from their shared lodging.

In early August, Maria gave us a peek into their connection by sharing snapshots of a watch party for RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under, where Maria was a guest judge. Later that same month, Moana shared a cheerful selfie featuring Maria as they watched the Matildas play in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup playoff against Sweden. Interestingly, Maria also posted the same photo on her own Instagram account.
Their budding relationship took a step forward in September when the pair made their red carpet debut at the Melbourne premiere of “Death of a Salesman.” Moana subsequently confirmed their relationship in a heartfelt Instagram post, signifying a new chapter in her life.
