Adele expressed her desire to have another baby with her boyfriend, Rich Paul during one of her Las Vegas concerts.

During the concert, Adele spotted a familiar face in the audience, maternity doctor Colin.

Colin had delivered Adele's 11-year-old son, Angelo, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Simon Konecki.

Adele humorously mentioned that she might call Colin to assist with another pregnancy.

She talked about her son Angelo growing up and how she's starting to feel the desire for another baby.

Adele's emotional exchange with the doctor happened while she was performing the song "When We Were Young."

Adele was seen mouthing "shut up" between the song's lines and got emotional when she spotted Colin.

She referred to Colin as the doctor who delivered her baby and hadn't seen him in years.
