Fashion icon Victoria Beckham isn’t quite ready to trade stilettos for grandma slippers. The 49-year-old designer recently expressed surprise when asked about becoming a grandmother during a Vogue interview.
While she and husband David Beckham have four children, including eldest son Brooklyn who married actress Nicola Peltz in 2022, Victoria isn’t rushing into grandparent territory. “I don’t think it’s happening just yet,” she clarified, playfully adding, “unless you guys know something that I don’t!”
Though Brooklyn has mentioned wanting a big family with Nicola, Victoria seems content with her current titles. She revealed seeking advice from Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who simply goes by “Anna” with her grandchildren. “Well, that is very elegant, so maybe I’ll take that route,” Victoria mused.
Beyond the future, she expressed genuine happiness for Brooklyn and Nicola’s relationship. “Nicola is wonderful… they make each other super happy, and that is wonderful to see,” she said, shutting down past rumors of tension. “As a mother, all you want is your kids to be happy, right?”

While grandchildren may not be in the immediate future, Victoria seems content with her role as a supportive mother and mother-in-law, enjoying the joy her children find in life.
