The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s autopsy report has disclosed that Adam Rich, known for his role in the television series Eight Is Enough, died from an accidental fentanyl overdose in January.
The report also indicated the presence of nontoxic levels of alcohol and lorazepam, the generic version of Ativan, in Rich’s bloodstream.
At the age of 54, Adam Rich tragically passed away on January 8 at his residence in the Los Angeles area. The authorities have ruled out foul play in his death.
Eight Is Enough, a popular drama-comedy, revolved around the lives of the Bradford family, consisting of eight children.
