Bruce Springsteen Delays September Concerts Due to Health Concerns
The iconic musician, Bruce Springsteen, has surprised fans by postponing his scheduled September concerts, all due to a doctor’s advice.
In a recent announcement on his official website, Bruce Springsteen revealed that he would be rescheduling all his September performances. This unexpected change in plans is the result of medical advice concerning his ongoing battle with “peptic ulcer disease.”
Peptic ulcer disease is a condition that leads to the formation of ulcers in the stomach or small intestine, which can result in discomforting symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, and abdominal pain.
This postponement affects a series of eagerly awaited shows, including stops in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Albany, Syracuse (New York), Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C., as well as performances in Connecticut and Ohio.

In a statement shared on his website and social media, Springsteen expressed his regret, stating, “Over here on E Street, we’re heartbroken to have to postpone these shows.” He further said, “We’ve been having a blast at our U.S. shows and we’re looking forward to more great times. We’ll be back soon.”
Springsteen is renowned for his electrifying, marathon-length concerts with the E Street Band. Recently, he delighted audiences with three nights of performances in his home state of New Jersey.
This unexpected hiatus comes as a disappointment to fans, but Springsteen’s health remains the top priority, ensuring that he can continue to deliver unforgettable performances in the future.
