Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs’ vast fortune, estimated at $1 billion, is facing potential threats due to ongoing legal battles.

Combs, known for hits like “I’ll Be Missing You,” has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women and a music producer. These lawsuits come on top of a recent federal raid on his properties linked to a human trafficking investigation.

Despite the current challenges, Combs has built a business empire over the years.

He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1997, launching his iconic clothing line Sean John alongside his debut album “No Way Out.” The brand has grown into a major success, generating over $525 million annually for Macy’s, the exclusive distributor since 2010.

Combs’ business ventures extend beyond fashion. He partnered with Diageo in 2007 to boost sales of Cîroc vodka and DeLeón tequila. While this partnership reportedly earned him millions annually, Diageo now has full ownership of both brands.

More recently, Combs entered the cannabis industry with a $185 million acquisition of production facilities and retail stores. In 2023, he launched Empower Global, an online marketplace dedicated to supporting Black-owned businesses.
