Celebrating Christmas with her husband, Derek Hough, Hayley Erbert breaks her silence on her recent health scare. In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared a heartwarming photo, capturing a moment of love in front of their Christmas tree.
Erbert, 29, recovering from a recent emergency craniectomy, expressed gratitude for the “precious gift of life and the love we share.” This marks her first Instagram post since the surgery earlier this month.
The post garnered support from celebrity friends, including Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd from Dancing with the Stars, who called it a “true Christmas miracle.”
Derek Hough had previously announced on December 7 that Erbert had undergone emergency surgery for a cranial hematoma. The dancer’s recovery journey included a successful cranioplasty surgery, and Hough expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support.
