Actor Kevin Spacey, facing ongoing legal battles over sexual misconduct accusations, revealed he’s in severe debt and struggling to keep his Baltimore residence.
In a recent interview with Piers Morgan on YouTube, Spacey became emotional discussing his financial woes. He attributed his millions in debt to legal fees incurred fighting the allegations.
“My house in Baltimore is being foreclosed on,” a tearful Spacey said.
Spacey, 64, explained he settled in Baltimore in 2012 while filming “House of Cards.” Now, facing financial difficulties, he’s unsure of his future living situation.
While Spacey has denied all wrongdoing, the accusations have tarnished his career. Since 2017, more than a dozen men have accused him of sexual misconduct. Though a 2023 London case accusing him of assault ended in acquittal, and a 2022 civil suit brought by actor Anthony Rapp was dismissed, Spacey remains embroiled in another UK civil trial concerning a 2008 assault allegation.
Spacey did acknowledge past inappropriate behavior. “Looking back, I realize I’ve been too handsy,” he admitted, though he maintains his actions weren’t intended as groping.

The interview took an introspective turn when Morgan expressed his belief Spacey’s ostracization from Hollywood was excessive. Spacey responded by referencing screenwriter Dalton Trumbo, blacklisted during Hollywood’s McCarthy era but ultimately credited for his work.
“There will be more Kirk Douglases,” Spacey asserted, referencing the actor who defied the blacklist by insisting on Trumbo receiving credit.
Spacey’s comments hint at a desire for a Hollywood comeback, despite the unresolved accusations and his current financial struggles.
