Another study, recently published in the research journal Frontiers in Physiology, pointed out specific advantages for women who choose to work out in the morning. According to this study, women who exercised early in the day saw reductions in belly fat and lower blood pressure. However, the study also mentioned that evening exercise had its own advantages, like improving muscle performance in women.
