Air France has teamed up with renowned chef Dominique Crenn, the only woman in the US with three Michelin stars for her San Francisco restaurant Atelier Crenn, to offer passengers an unforgettable dining experience. Starting February 1st, 2024, Crenn’s inventive and seasonal French cuisine will grace the menus of La Première and Business cabins on departing flights from major US cities, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.

As part of its fight against food waste, Air France allows Business cabin passengers to pre-select their hot dish 24 hours before their flight, ensuring both passenger satisfaction and responsible resource management.
