21 Savage's U.K. Show Confirmed After Gaining U.S. Residency

21 Savage, a newly minted permanent U.S. resident, will soon be able to return to his native U.K.

The rapper made the announcement via an Instagram video, stating, "London ... I'm coming home."

His lawyer, Charles Kuck, revealed that 21 Savage had been granted permission to travel overseas.

21 Savage has obtained a green card and has been adhering to all applicable immigration laws since his initial detention by ICE.

He now enjoys the status of a lawful permanent resident of the United States with the freedom to travel internationally.

The rapper, who won a Grammy, shared on Instagram that he is set to perform at London's O2 arena on November 30.

21 Savage's first performance outside the U.S. occurred in Toronto, where he joined Drake onstage during the rapper's concert.

A voice announced during Drake's performance that 21 Savage was now cleared to travel and perform for his fans.

21 Savage, originally born in England, was arrested in Atlanta in 2019 for overstaying a visa that had expired in July 2006.

His detention by ICE lasted for nine days, and the authorities cited his unlawful presence in the U.S. as reasons for his arrest.
