Seven police officers are suing rapper Afroman

The rapper was sued by four deputies, two sergeants, and a detective from the Adams County Sheriff's Office in Ohio for exploiting their "humiliation" and "mental pain."

The lawsuit asks for up to $100,000 in earnings from his songs, music videos, concert tickets, and retail sales that were improperly promoted using police film.

Joseph Foreman, also known as Afroman, was named in the warrant, a copy of which reporter Ken Baker of FOX affiliate WXIX-TV was able to secure.

The inquiry into kidnapping and the presence of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia was the subject of the warrant.

Foreman sings in the song "Lemon Pound Cake" about the police searching his house for drugs but finding lemon pound cake on the kitchen counter.

According to the cops' lawsuit, Foreman's social media posts using the film and the music videos caused them to receive death threats.
