Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend Erica Herman claims she was ejected from their home last year for breaking a contract.

Erica is now seeking more than $30 million in damages after alleging that the trust and its agents stole $40,000 in her name.

Erica also sued Wood in a different complaint filed this week requesting that the court discharge her from the 2017 non-disclosure agreement she had with Woods.

According to court documents, Woods established the trust in 2017. Only Woods and his children stand to benefit. Its only asset is ownership of this house.

While they were dating, Ms. Herman's ex-boyfriend Eldrick Woods, who still lives there with his two children, pushed her to move in.

Erica allegedly had a "oral tenancy arrangement" to remain in the home for an additional five years, which had been in effect for six years prior to the separation.

Herman, who formerly worked as the manager of Woods Jupiter in Florida, has not been accused of any specific assault or harassment.

In 2021, Woods recovered from an automobile accident near Los Angeles, the latest in a series of driving-related troubles.
