From Netflix To Disney: Ryan Murphy's Journey Continues

Ryan Murphy the renowned producer of shows like "American Horror Story" and "American Crime Story," is leaving Netflix and returning to Disney.

Murphy will be reuniting with his longtime collaborator Dana Walden, who is now the co-chairman of Disney Entertainment.

Speculation had been circulating that the two might establish their own production but Murphy opted for Netflix while Walden shifted to Disney.

It was widely expected that Murphy and Walden would find a way to collaborate again considering their past.

However, it remains unclear when the new deal will officially begin as Murphy's current pact with Netflix expires at the end of June.

Murphy's prolific output under his Netflix deal included the release of 10 projects across film and television in the span of five years.

In contrast, Murphy's projects with 20th Television a subsidiary of Disney have remained active and popular.

The news of Murphy's return to Disney was initially reported by Bloomberg confirming the rumors that had been circulating.

Murphy's reunion with Walden and return to Disney mark a significant development in the entertainment landscape.
