The 50th birthday celebrations, Gabrielle Union had in Africa is still making her gush.

Gabrielle Union said I wanted to bring in fifty in Africa and try to hit as many nations and bring as many people.

Prior to the family's quick trip to Africa, Union frankly shared her expectations for the vacation on Instagram.

Union's one of the biggest surprises happened after she was shocked by a performance by the singer Lisa Lisa.

Union said we have been pleading with Lisa Lisa to perform at one of our events for ages.

Lisa Lisa whose real name is Lisa Velez arrived in Tanzania after we were unable to contact her in Cleveland.

She claimed that while on a vacation in Namibia the family also witnessed a rare instance of lions mating.
