Katharine McPhee and David Foster 22 month old son Rennie is destined for the music industry like his parents.

Katherine husband David Foster, 73 has said that their 23month-old son Rennie could be about to follow in her musical footsteps.

Katharine McPhee’s son could grow up to be a drummer.The little one has already shown a passion for drumming.

Katherine has carved out a successful career on Broadway and as a singer since she finished as runner-up on ‘American Idol’ in 2006.

The 38-year-old entertainer and her husband David Foster recently released their holiday album Christmas Song.
