Keke Palmer Files Court Papers Alleging Abuse and Seeks Custody

Keke Palmer has filed court papers accusing her ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson, of abuse and seeks sole custody of their 8-month-old son.

The court filing, submitted in Los Angeles Superior Court, includes a request for a restraining order against Darius Jackson.

Palmer alleges that Jackson engaged in abusive behavior over a two-year period, which includes destroying her personal property.

She also accused Darius Jackson of throwing her belongings into the street, and hitting her in front of their son.

Palmer also claims that Jackson trespassed into her home without consent, threatened her, physically attacked her.

Their son, named Leodis “Leo” Andrellton, was born in February, and Palmer is seeking sole custody of him.

In July, Jackson criticized Palmer's appearance at an Usher concert. He suggested that a mother should not showcase certain attire.

The public shaming incident drew attention, with many speculating that Jackson's comments indicated controlling behavior.

In response to the drama, Palmer starred in Usher’s “Boyfriend” music video the following month.

Keke Palmer has not made any public comments on the matter, and representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The first hearing for this case is scheduled for December 5 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles.
