Lady Gaga Honors Las Vegas Shooting Victims with 'Born This Way'

Lady Gaga dedicated her performance of "Born This Way" to the victims of the 2017 Las Vegas shooting during her show in Las Vegas.

The mass shooting occurred six years prior to Gaga's performance and was one of the deadliest in U.S. history.

Steven Paddock, opened fire on the crowd at the Harvest 91 country music festival from his room at the Mandalay Bay hotel.

Gaga praised the resilience of Las Vegas as a city and wanted to honor those who lost their lives in the tragic event.

Lady Gaga was performing her "Jazz and Piano" residency in Las Vegas at the time of this dedication.

She also paid tribute to her friend and collaborator Tony Bennett, who had passed away on July 21.

Gaga spoke about how much she missed Tony Bennett and mentioned their work together on albums like "Cheek to Cheek."

Gaga's residency in Las Vegas featured a diverse selection of songs, including classics from the Great American songbook.
