Legal Troubles Continue for Nicki Minaj's Husband, Kenneth Petty

Nicki Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, has been placed under 120 days of home detention for violating probation.

The violation of probation occurred when Petty was recorded making threatening remarks, specifically targeting Offset.

A Central District of California court order confirmed these violations and mentioned Offset in connection with Petty's threats.

In the video, Petty and his friends were outside a New York City hotel, where Offset was reportedly staying.

In the video Petty can be heard making threats, including one about planning Offset's funeral.

Nicki Minaj indirectly responded on her Instagram Stories, suggesting that calling the police for every failure is unnecessary.

In July 2022, Kenneth Petty was sentenced in Los Angeles for failing to register as a sex offender.

Petty was ordered to pay a $55,000 fine, given three years' probation, and a year of home detention.

The probation and home detention sentence in 2022 was unrelated to the recent incident involving Offset.
