Michael Mando Fired from the Apple series Sinking Spring

After a "on-set incident" with one of the series' co-stars Mando was fired from the show which also stars Brian Tyree Henry.

In addition to Henry the series also stars Ving Rhames, Kate Mulgrew, and Marin Ireland no one has yet revealed who the second "incident" participant was.

Wagner Moura most recently of Puss In Boots, The Last Wish, Shining Girls, and the expanded Narcos universe of shows, will take over Mando's role on the show.

Ray's longtime friend Manny Cespedes, played by Henry will now be played by Moura.

The series is being made as part of Scott's ongoing agreement with Apple and is based on the Dennis Tafoya novel Dope Thief.

There are currently no details available concerning the actual occurrence other than the fact that some publications have referred to it as a "clash."

Mando's departure from the series was finally decided despite attempts to "smooth things out" by the producers in the days that followed.

Mando's withdrawal from the eight-episode series has received no public commentary to date from either Mando or Apple.

Mando co-starred in Orphan Black and had a brief but notable cameo in Spider-Man: Homecoming prior to his six-season run as cartel pawn Nacho Vargas on Saul.
