Michelle Dee applied for Miss Universe Philippines

Michelle was a part of Miss Universe Philippines last year as well and won Miss Universe Philippines Tourism 2022 title after winner Celeste Cortesi.

Surprisingly Celeste who would represent the country at Miss Universe 2022 took an early exit after a streak of 12 years

Michelle said she would be more eligible for the age requirement for the crown of Miss Universe Philippines as she turns 28.

Michelle said that her decision for applying for Miss Universe Philippines has no relation with her friend's Celeste's surprising exit.

Michelle represented the country at Miss World 2019 before she was joining the Miss Universe Philippines 2022. She was amongst the Top 12 at Miss World 2019
