A relative of the reality star was quoted as saying Griffith called him "lost", choked the woman, and dragged her down the stairs.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Griffith's brother-in-law texted Griffith's girlfriend to see if she was okay and she said she isn't okay.

The woman, whose name was not disclosed, was initially reluctant to cooperate but admitted that Griffith had become physical with her.

Griffith reportedly had visible bruises on his back and neck, which he allegedly told police was from the sex.

According to documents on Teen Mom 2, Evans and Griffith had an unstable relationship from 2013 to 2015 and were briefly engaged before breaking up.
