The hotel they plan to renovate is located in downtown Waco, Texas, near their Magnolia Market at the Silos complex.

The hotel, which was built in 1928, has 53 rooms and spans over 53,000 square feet.

Chip and Joanna Gaines plans to transform the historic building into a luxury hotel.

The project is still in the early stages, and the Gaineses have not yet revealed a name for the hotel.

The renovation is expected to take several months and will include updating the rooms, adding new amenities.

This will be the Gaineses' first hotel project, but they have experience in the hospitality industry.

The couple announced the project on their Magnolia website, saying they were "thrilled to be restoring such an iconic building."

The Gaineses are known for their love of historic properties and have a reputation for breathing new life into old buildings.

The hotel is expected to open in 2023, and bookings will be available through the Magnolia website.

The project is expected to boost tourism in Waco, which has already seen an increase in visitors.
