Another Oscars event is coming soon and it appears that Oscars' organisers are preparing for battle for this year's ceremony which will telecast on March 12.

Bill Kramer, the CEO of the Academy recently told that this year's ceremony will have "a crisis squad" to handle any unexpected situations.

According to Kramer we have several strategies in place as well as a full crisis team which we have never had before.

Kramer stated that our objective is to be prepared for anything that we cannot now predict but are planning for in case it occurs.

Kramer hopes and pray that nothing happens and said we never need to apply these but we already have frameworks that we can change.

Smith was allowed to remain at the event following the incident, but the Academy quickly launched an investigation after publicly criticising the actor's behaviour.

The organisation ultimately decided to ban the multi-hyphenate from attending the event for ten years. Smith for his part left the esteemed organisation.
