True Reasons Behind Katie Maloney's Divorce from Tom Schwartz

Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney is opening up about the real reasons behind the end of her marriage to Tom Schwartz.

The couple, who had been together for over a decade, had been struggling for some time before deciding to divorce.

Katie revealed that she expressed her desire for a divorce to Tom Schwartz before filming Season 10.

They had previously been married twice, as the first time they lost their marriage certificate.

In Season 8, they remarried in Las Vegas but faced challenges, including infidelity and fertility issues.

Schwartz had fertility issues that required extra efforts for them to conceive.

His lack of attention to their fertility issues and his investment in his second bar played a role in the marriage falling apart.

Katie explained on the Almost Adulting podcast that she never felt prioritized by Schwartz and lacked his support and validation.

She felt like she had to make herself smaller and lost her sense of self during their marriage.

Katie also addressed the fact that Schwartz had cheated on her both before and after they got married.

She had very little self-confidence during much of that time and often blamed herself for the problems in their relationship.

Katie now has no regrets about ending her marriage and is focused on opening a sandwich shop and she is excited about the future
