The Indiana Pacers overcame a slow start to defeat the Golden State Warriors 123-111 on Friday night.
Despite trailing by 12 points in the second quarter, the Pacers chipped away at the lead, thanks in part to a buzzer-beating three-pointer by Tyrese Haliburton that cut the Warriors’ advantage to just one point at halftime.
The momentum shifted dramatically in the third quarter. Led by Haliburton and Pascal Siakam, who combined for 51 points, the Pacers outscored the Warriors 36-21 and never relinquished control of the game.
