A Texas court has ordered Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to undergo a paternity test in a lawsuit filed by Alexandra Davis, who claims he is her biological father.
Davis alleges her mother and Jones had an affair in the mid-1990s, resulting in her birth. While Jones never acknowledged paternity, she claims he agreed to financial support on the condition of secrecy.
Davis initially attempted to nullify this agreement and publicly identify Jones as her father, but later dropped that pursuit, focusing on the paternity test.

Despite Jones’ appeal, the court has ruled in favor of the test, which will determine whether he is Davis’ biological father.
It’s important to note that this decision is unrelated to two other legal matters involving Jones: a defamation lawsuit filed by Davis and a separate sexual assault allegation made by another woman.
