Police are searching for a dangerous suspect, Stacy Lee Drake, 50, in Morrilton, Arkansas. Drake is believed to be armed and recently bought camping gear.
Authorities warn the public not to approach Drake and to call 911 immediately if spotted. He is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 185 pounds.
Drake is wanted for three murders connected to carjackings in Oklahoma. On Tuesday, authorities responded to a possible double homicide in Gans, Oklahoma, near the Arkansas border. The victims, a man and woman, were found with injuries consistent with homicide.
The suspect stole a vehicle and fled the scene. Drake was later identified as a person of interest in the case. The victims’ bodies were transported for identification and autopsy.
Details on the other carjacking and homicide have not been released by authorities.
