According to the police, a dispute at the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk escalated into gunfire on Monday, resulting in the hospitalization of at least nine individuals, including children.
The police apprehended one individual of interest and indicated that another person remains at large.
A total of nine individuals who suffered gunshot wounds, including four children aged between 1 and 17 years old, were transported to Memorial Regional Hospital and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Additionally, five adults ranging from 25 to 65 years old were also admitted to the hospital.

According to the police, one of the victims underwent surgery, while the remaining individuals were reported to be in stable condition.
Footage captured from the live feed of Hollywood Beach in the city of Hollywood seems to depict the aftermath of the shooting, as individuals can be observed running or taking cover in response to the gunfire.
