Initially set at $10.10, the law outlined the following incremental raises: $11 in October 2019, $12 in September 2020, $13 in August 2021, $14 in July 2022, and finally, $15 in June 2023. After 2023, the minimum wage will be adjusted based on the Employment Cost Index, a measure of wage growth calculated by the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics.
