Singer Justin Timberlake was arrested early Tuesday morning in Sag Harbor, New York after police say he was driving under the influence.

The 43-year-old singer was pulled over after an officer spotted him failing to stop at a stop sign and swerving out of his lane twice. According to a police complaint, officers determined Timberlake was intoxicated after observing his bloodshot eyes, smelling alcohol on his breath, and witnessing him perform poorly on field sobriety tests.

Timberlake reportedly told police he had only one martini before being arrested and held overnight.

He was arraigned on DWI charges Tuesday morning and released on his own recognizance. Timberlake pleaded not guilty and is due back in court on July 26.
