Timothy Bachman’s Musical Career:
Timothy Gregg Bachman (August 1, 1951 – April 28, 2023) was a famous Canadian singer and guitarist who gained popularity through his work with the rock bands Brave Belt and Bachman-Turner Overdrive (BTO).
Tim Bachman, along with his younger brother Robbie on drums, played guitar in a few bands in the Winnipeg area. But he eventually quit music because he thought the local scene had become boring.

However, Tim left BTO in 1974, shortly after the release of their album Bachman-Turner Overdrive II. In 1984, Tim Bachman rejoined BTO, along with Randy Bachman, Fred Turner, and Garry Peterson, for a reunion album and tours. They even opened for Van Halen on a world tour. Tim also led touring versions of the band in 1987 and 1988.
